祈禱手冊
耶穌許諾五大殊恩經文

無始無終的天主, 我願今日, 及我畢生之日, 時時刻刻將普世各地所行的聖祭----- 奉獻給祢 , 為愈顯祢的光榮 , 為紀念耶穌的苦難。我並懇求祢 , 廣施恩澤於聖教會、罪人臨終者、煉獄的靈魂、教宗、及我們眾信徒 , 阿孟。
( 念天主經、聖母經各六遍)

上述經文是耶穌右其聖墓前顯示給聖女比日利大時所提示的。他說凡人紀念我的

苦難、聖死, 每日誦念這經文連續十二年的我將賞賜他以下五樣大恩 :

1.) 死後免下煉獄
2.) 救出他四代的靈魂
3.) 有與致命者一樣的功勞
4.) 雖未念滿十二年而去世的 , 我算他唸滿十ニ年
5.) 凡默想及紀念我的苦難, 我的母親聖母會在他去世前一個月 , 預示他的終期

St. Bridget ' s 15 prayers

前　言
　　在羅馬聖保祿大殿內，耶穌在十字架上顯現于瑞典籍聖女畢哲， ( St. Bridget also as St. Birgitta ) 親口宣示經文，經聖教會上批准。並載於 1966年 11月 18日之聖教法典中。　　　
耶穌允許特恩
　　誰在一年內每日唸此十五首經者，吾主允許特恩如下：　
( 1) 我會救他血統內的十五個靈魂出煉獄。 ( 2) 他血統內的十五個靈魂常保持聖寵地位。 ( 3) 他血統內的十五個罪人回頭改過。 ( 4) 誰唸此經者可修得第一級聖德。 ( 5) 在他死前十五天，我會把聖體聖血賜給他，使他永不飢渴。 ( 6) 在他死前十五天，會得盡心痛悔的聖寵。 ( 7) 在他面前，我將安置我得勝了的十字架，為幫助他克勝敵人的攻擊。 ( 8) 在他臨終前，我將和我極可愛的母親來迎接他。 ( 9) 我將溫和親切地帶領他到永福之所。 ( 10) 到達天國之後，我賞賜他喝我天主性的特別水泉，不唸此經者所喝不到的水泉。 ( 11) 無論誰，即使在大罪下生活了 30年，如果熱心或有意誦唸此經者，主也會寬恕他的所有罪過。 ( 12) 我將在強烈的誘惑中保護他。 ( 13) 我將保全和防守他的五官。 ( 14) 我將保全他免於猝死。 ( 15) 他的靈魂將會脫免永死。 ( 16) 他將得到他向天主和聖母所求的所有恩典。 ( 17) 假如他一生只追求自己的旨意生活，而要在第二天死去的話，他的生命將被延長。 ( 18) 每次唸此經者得 100日大赦。 ( 19) 唸此經的，保証他在天堂享最高合唱隊天使的席位。 ( 20) 誰傳給別人唸此經的，將得到永不休止的神樂和功勞。 ( 21) 無論那里有唸此經或將會唸此經的地方，天主常帶著聖寵親臨於那里。
問：為得特恩是否必須每日誦唸此經而不可間斷？
答：他應愈少失誤愈好。但假如因重大原因而錯失的話，也不失去此特恩，條件是他應在該年內唸足 5480首經文。唸此經文時應熱心並專注於字的內容。此經亦可作為苦路善功。

第一首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，你是我永遠甘飴者。誰孝愛你者，每為喜樂之喜樂者，罪人之救援者。你自天降世居我人間，此愛人之據，不能再超越此浩大之犧牲矣！請記憶你之苦難，自降世為人之始，以致被釘十字架上。請記憶與宗徒們，洗足禮之後，建立聖體聖事，分施聖體聖血，慈愛無比，一一安慰，並告你之苦難將臨。吾主耶穌，請記憶你的聖靈，經受辛酸殘酷之痛苦中。吁號曰：予靈苦痛至死。吾主耶穌，請記憶在山園三次祈禱時，血汗並流，被叛徒茹達斯負賣，被本國人民妄証、誣告你，經過三次判官之審查，無理之判刑，適在青春年齡，適逢巴斯卦節。吾主耶穌，請記憶惡黨等剝去你的衣服，又穿上白衣，當作瘋狂者，以白布蓋你聖容，打擊你聖容，以茨箍頭，以竹干授手，當作權杖，嘲笑諷刺。綁在石柱，重重鞭韃，不下五千四百八十次。吾主耶穌，請記憶在被釘十字架前後，所受諸般苦難，賜我於臨終前，徹底告明痛悔之聖寵，全赦我一生之罪。亞孟。
第二首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，創造萬物之真主，請記憶兵丁等，以粗大鐵釘殘酷至極，釘你手足於十字架上；折磨你，窘害你，滿足彼等之瘋狂激憤；用盡勁力，四面拉緊，四肢撕裂，關節分散，以致全身聖傷擴展。哀求吾主，因你在十字架上所受之痛苦，賜我以聖愛之火。亞孟。
第三首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，你是上天歡樂的根源，諸聖人及諸天神榮光者。請記憶凶暴如狼的仇敵，批頰你、拳打你，唾污你聖面。毒手殘暴，前所未聞。吾主耶穌，種種苦難，救我脫離凶惡之中，助我修成純全之聖德，終後永遠常生。亞孟。
第四首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，天上之神醫，籍聖傷之功，治療我靈魂諸毒瘡。請記憶你全身所受之疼痛，疲憊與殘酷之煎熬，自創世以來，從所未聞，但你當此萬苦之際，忘憶自身之痛苦，卻為仇敵，仰懇聖父曰：父！寬赦彼罪，彼實不識所為。求主賜我真心愛仇。亞孟。
第五首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，永遠光輝之明鏡，從無始之始在天主性光明之中，已洞悉你聖死之悲慘。由此無數靈魂得救升天，但無數靈魂固執於惡而墜入地獄。因你無限仁慈的聖心，寬恕右盜曰：你偕予今日，共享天堂真福。甘飴之耶穌，求你在我臨終時，仁慈的接受我於天國。亞孟。
第六首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，眾所仰望之帝王，請記憶你赤身露體，可憐悲痛地，釘在十字架上。親友棄絕無人同情，唯有向你母曰：彼為你子。又向愛徒若望曰：彼為你母。吾主耶穌，求你因聖母瑪利亞接受利劍刺心之傷痛，憐憫我於考驗之時，尤其在我臨終時。亞孟。
第七首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，無限慈悲之泉源，因你深淵無底之聖愛，曾在十字架上曰：我渴，欲救贖人類之飢渴。我主救主，求你激動我的心靈，仰望向往純全之聖德，熄滅肉情邪惡及貪戀世俗之虛榮。亞孟。
第八首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，良善心謙、稟性柔和之耶穌為負我儕人類，被釘在十字架上，口嘗酸醋苦膽。求你賜我加倍謙恭地領受聖體聖血，作我靈的醫藥與安慰。亞孟。
第九首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，萬物之主，萬君之君，諸德之泉源者，神聖之歡樂者。請記憶你被釘在十字架上，沉浸於嚴酷苦難之中，忍受惡徒之種種侮辱與之迫害時，吁號曰：何捨棄我。我今求主，救我於惊心動魄恐怖之痛苦，臨終時勿離我。亞孟。
第十首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，萬物之創造者，生命與信德之根源。請記憶你崇高可欽之聖傷，教導我用真愛來遵守天主十誡。亞孟。第十一首〔天主經、聖母經〕吁！耶穌，因你無限仁慈，請記憶你透骨入髓與五臟之痛苦，惟獨為愛人類，拯救我於凶惡之中，讓我躲藏於聖傷之內，直至上主的義怒消失。亞孟。
第十二首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，正義之明鏡，統一之特徵，聖愛之聯合者。請記憶你聖潔之聖傷，遍體血痕，到處破裂，以滌我罪。甘飴之耶穌，為愛我等罪人，任何痛苦，悉數背負。我主救主，以你傷痕，深刻我之心靈，念茲至死不忘，求允所求。亞孟。
第十三首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，剛義之師，無可超越者，永生之主宰。當你精力耗盡時，俯首斷息曰：一切完成矣。吾主耶穌，因你臨終之難堪，救我於臨終時。亞孟。
第十四首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，上主之唯一聖子，輝煌卓越的君王，請記憶謙卑之下曰：父！我神付於你手。吾主耶穌，為救我罪，聖身聖心，撕裂破盡。懇求因你聖死之功，救我於凶惡魔手之中。我寧願捨身流血至死，誓忠於你，直至脫離充軍之所，回歸天國。亞孟。
第十五首〔天主經、聖母經〕　　吁！耶穌，充實豐富的葡萄園，慷慨的使你聖身，如一串串的葡萄，榨出汁來。兵丁以長鎗刺透你之肋旁，血水盡傾，一滴不留，又如一棒乳香沒藥，由聖十字架高升於天。你之聖身，悉遭毀滅，五臟六腑，螺絲鑽孔。耶穌吾主！因你聖身之功，接受我於臨終之時。亞孟。
結束禱詞　　吁！良善之耶穌，求你刺激我的心靈，日夜痛哭流淚，補贖我之罪過。使我靈成為愛你之庭院。思言行為，完全符合你之聖意。使我一生的生活過程，得到你的表揚，死後得進天國，永遠永遠偕同諸聖讚美你。亞孟。

15 Prayers of Saint Bridget
As St. Bridget for a long time wanted to know the number of blows our Lord received during His Passion, He one day appeared to her and said, "I received 5,480 blows on My body. If you wish to honour them in some way, say 15 Our Fathers and 15 Hail Marys with the following prayers (which He taught her) for a whole year. When the year is up, you will have honoured each one of My wounds."Our Lord made the following promises to anyone who recited the 15 St. Bridget Prayers for a whole year:
1.
I will deliver 15 souls of his lineage from Purgatory.
2.
15 souls of his lineage will be confirmed and preserved in grace.
3.
15 sinners of his lineage will be converted.
4.
Whoever recites these prayers will attain the first degree of perfection.
5.
15 days before his death, I will give My Precious Body in order that he may escape eternal starvation; I will give him My Precious Blood to drink lest he thirst eternally.
6.
15 days before his death, he will feel a deep contrition for all his sins and will have a perfect knowledge of them.
7.
I will place before him the sign of My Victorious Cross for his help and defense against the attacks of his enemies.
8.
Before his death, I shall come with My Dearest Beloved Mother.
9.
I shall graciously receive his soul and will lead it into eternal joys.
10.
And having led it there I shall give him a special draught from the fountain of My Deity, something I will not for those who have not recited My prayers.
11.
Let it be known that whoever may have been living in a state of mortal sin for 30 years, but who will recite devoutly, or have the intention to recite these prayers, the Lord will forgive him all his sins.
12.
I shall protect him from strong temptations.
13.
I shall preserve and guard his 5 senses.
14.
I shall preserve him from a sudden death.
15.
His soul will be delivered from eternal death.
16.
He will obtain all he asks for from God and Blessed Virgin.
17.
If he has lived all his life doing his own will and he is to die the next day, his life will be prolonged.
18.
Every time one recites these prayers, he gains 100 days indulgence.
19.
He is assured of being joined to the supreme Choir of Angels.
20.
Whoever teaches these prayers to another, will have continuous joy and merit which will endure eternally.
21.
There where these prayers are being said or will be said in the future, God is present with His grace.
THE FIRST PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus Christ! Eternal Sweetness to those who love Thee, joy surpassing all joy and all desire, Salvation and Hope of all sinners, Who hast proved that Thou hast no greater desire than to be among men, even assuming human nature at the fullness of time for the love of men, recall all the sufferings Thou hast endured from the instant of Thy conception, and especially during Thy Passion, as it was decreed and ordained from all eternity in the Divine plan.
Remember, O Lord, that during the Last Supper with Thy disciples, having washed their feet, Thou gavest them Thy Most Precious Body and Blood, and while at the same time thou didst sweetly console them, Thou didst foretell them Thy coming Passion.
Remember the sadness and bitterness which Thou didst experience in Thy Soul as Thou Thyself bore witness saying: "My Soul is sorrowful even unto death."
Remember all the fear, anguish and pain that Thou didst suffer in Thy delicate Body before the torment of the Crucifixion, when, after having prayed three times, bathed in a sweat of blood, Thou wast betrayed by Judas, Thy disciple, arrested by the people of a nation Thou hadst chosen and elevated, accused by false witnesses, unjustly judged by three judges during the flower of Thy youth and during the solemn Paschal season.
Remember that Thou wast despoiled of Thy garments and clothed in those of derision; that Thy Face and Eyes were veiled, that Thou wast buffeted, crowned with thorns, a reed placed in Thy Hands, that Thou was crushed with blows and overwhelmed with affronts and outrages. In memory of all these pains and sufferings which Thou didst endure before Thy Passion on the Cross, grant me before my death true contrition, a sincere and entire confession, worthy satisfaction and the remission of all my sins. Amen.
THE SECOND PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! True liberty of angels, Paradise of delights, remember the horror and sadness which Thou didst endure when Thy enemies, like furious lions, surrounded Thee, and by thousands of insults, spits, blows, lacerations and other unheard-of-cruelties, tormented Thee at will. In consideration of these torments and insulting words, I beseech Thee, O my Saviour, to deliver me from all my enemies, visible and invisible, and to bring me, under Thy protection, to the perfection of eternal salvation. Amen.
THE THIRD PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Creator of Heaven and earth Whom nothing can encompass or limit, Thou Who dost enfold and hold all under Thy Loving power, remember the very bitter pain Thou didst suffer when the Jews nailed Thy Sacred Hands and Feet to the Cross by blow after blow with big blunt nails, and not finding Thee in a pitiable enough state to satisfy their rage, they enlarged Thy Wounds, and added pain to pain, and with indescribable cruelty stretched Thy Body on the Cross, pulled Thee from all sides, thus dislocating Thy Limbs. I beg of Thee, O Jesus, by the memory of this most Loving suffering of the Cross, to grant me the grace to fear Thee and to Love Thee. Amen.
THE FOURTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Heavenly Physician, raised aloft on the Cross to heal our wounds with Thine, remember the bruises which Thou didst suffer and the weakness of all Thy Members which were distended to such a degree that never was there pain like unto Thine. From the crown of Thy Head to the Soles of Thy Feet there was not one spot on Thy Body that was not in torment, and yet, forgetting all Thy sufferings, Thou didst not cease to pray to Thy Heavenly Father for Thy enemies, saying: "Father forgive them for they know not what they do."
Through this great Mercy, and in memory of this suffering, grant that the remembrance of Thy Most Bitter Passion may effect in us a perfect contrition and the remission of all our sins. Amen.
THE FIFTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Mirror of eternal splendor, remember the sadness which Thou experienced, when contemplating in the light of Thy Divinity the predestination of those who would be saved by the merits of Thy Sacred Passion, Thou didst see at the same time, the great multitude of reprobates who would be damned for their sins, and Thou didst complain bitterly of those hopeless lost and unfortunate sinners. Through this abyss of compassion and pity, and especially through the goodness which Thou displayed to the good thief when Thou saidst to him: "This day, thou shalt be with Me in Paradise." I beg of Thee, O Sweet Jesus, that at the hour of my death, Thou wilt show me mercy. Amen.
THE SIXTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Beloved and most desirable King, remember the grief Thou didst suffer, when naked and like a common criminal, Thou was fastened and raised on the Cross, when all Thy relatives and friends abandoned Thee, except Thy Beloved Mother, who remained close to Thee during Thy agony and whom Thou didst entrust to Thy faithful disciple when Thou saidst to Mary: "Woman, behold thy son!" and to St. John: "Son, behold thy Mother!"
I beg of Thee O my Saviour, by the sword of sorrow which pierced the soul of Thy holy Mother, to have compassion on me in all my affliction and tribulations, both corporal and spiritual, and to assist me in all my trials, and especially at the hour of my death. Amen.
THE SEVENTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Inexhaustible Fountain of compassion, Who by a profound gesture of Love, said from the Cross: "I thirst!" suffered from the thirst for the salvation of the human race. I beg of Thee O my Saviour, to inflame in our hearts the desire to tend toward perfection in all our acts; and to extinguish in us the concupiscence of the flesh and the ardor of worldly desires. Amen.
THE EIGHTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary O Jesus! Sweetness of hearts, delight of the spirit, by the bitterness of the vinegar and gall which Thou didst taste on the Cross for Love of us, grant us the grace to receive worthily Thy Precious Body and Blood during our life and at the hour of our death, that they may serve as a remedy and consolation for our souls. Amen.
THE NINTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Royal virtue, joy of the mind, recall the pain Thou didst endure when, plunged in an ocean of bitterness at the approach of death, insulted, outraged by the Jews, Thou didst cry out in a loud voice that Thou was abandoned by Thy Father, saying: "My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken me?"
Through this anguish, I beg of Thee, O my Saviour, not to abandon me in the terrors and pains of my death. Amen.
THE TENTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Who art the beginning and end of all things, life and virtue, remembers that for our sakes Thou was plunged in an abyss of suffering from the soles of Thy Feet to the crown of Thy Head. In consideration of the enormity of Thy Wounds, teach me to keep, through pure love, Thy Commandments, whose way is wide and easy for those who love Thee. Amen.
THE ELEVENTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Deep abyss of mercy, I beg of Thee, in memory of Thy Wounds which penetrated to the very marrow of Thy Bones and to the depth of Thy being, to draw me, a miserable sinner, overwhelmed by my offenses, away from sin and to hide me from Thy Face justly irritated against me, hide me in Thy wounds, until Thy anger and just indignation shall have passed away. Amen.
THE TWELFTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Mirror of Truth, symbol of unity, link of Charity, remember the multitude of wounds with which Thou was covered from head to foot, torn and reddened by the spilling of Thy adorable Blood. O GReat and Universal Pain which Thou didst suffer in Thy virginal Flesh for Love of us! Sweetest Jesus! What is there that Thou couldst have done for us which Thou hast not done! May faithful remembrance of Thy Passion, and may Thy Love increase in my heart each day, until I see Thee in eternity, Thou Who art the treasury of every real good and every joy, which I beg Thee to grant me, O Sweetest Jesus, in Heaven, Amen.
THE THIRTEENTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Strong Lion, Immortal and Invincible King, remember the pain which Thou didst endure when all Thy strength, both moral and physical, was entirely exhausted, Thou didst bow Thy Head, saying: "It is consummated!" Through this anguish and grief, I beg of Thee Lord Jesus, to have mercy on me at the hour of my death when my mind will be greatly troubled and my soul will be in anguish. Amen.
THE FOURTEENTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! Only Son of the Father, Splendor and Figure of His Substance, remember the simple and humble recommendation Thou didst make of Thy Soul to Thy Eternal Father, saying: "Father, into Thy Hands I commend My Spirit!" And with Thy Body all torn, and Thy Heart Broken, and the bowels of Thy Mercy open to redeem us, Thou didst Expire. By this Precious Death, I beg of Thee O King of Saints, comfort me and help me to resist the devil, the flesh and the world, so that being dead to the world I may live for Thee alone. I beg of Thee at the hour of my death to receive me, a pilgrim and an exile returning to Thee. Amen.
THE FIFTEENTH PRAYER
Our Father, Hail Mary. O Jesus! True and fruitful Vine! Remember the abundant outpouring of Blood which Thou didst so generously shed from Thy Sacred Body as juice from grapes in a wine press. From Thy Side, pierced with a lance by a soldier, blood and water issued forth until there was not left in Thy Body a single drop, and finally, like a bundle of myrrh lifted to the top of the Cross Thy delicate Flesh was destroyed, the very Substance of Thy Body withered, and the Marrow of Thy Bones dried up.
Through this bitter Passion and through the outpouring of Thy Precious Blood, I beg of Thee, O Sweet Jesus, to receive my soul when I am in my death agony. Amen.
CLOSING PRAYER:
O Sweet Jesus! Pierce my heart so that my tears of penitence and love will be my bread day and night; may I be converted entirely to Thee, may my heart be Thy perpetual habitation, may my conversation be pleasing to Thee, and may the end of my life be so praiseworthy that I may merit Heaven and there with Thy saints, praise Thee forever. Amen.

　　無論誰唸此經，聽別人為他唸此經，或攜帶此經者，永不會遇到猝死，不會溺斃，不會被毒害，不會落入敵人手中，不會被火燒傷，亦不會在戰場上戰敗。

Prayer to St. Joseph over 1900 years old
O St. Joseph whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the Throne of God, I place in you all my interests and desires. O St. Joseph do assist me by your powerful intercession and obtain for me from your Divine Son all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ, Our Lord; so that having engaged here below your Heavenly power I may offer my Thanksgiving and Homage to the most Loving of Fathers. O St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in your arms. I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press him in my name and kiss His fine Head for me, and ask Him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath. St. Joseph, Patron of departing souls, pray for us. Amen
Say for nine consecutive mornings for anything you may desire. It has seldom been known to fail.
This prayer was found in the fiftieth year of Our Lord Jesus Christ. In 1500's it was sent by the Pope to Emperor Charles when he was going into battle.
Whoever reads this prayer or hears it or carries it, will never die a sudden death, nor be drowned, nor will poison take effect on them. They will not fall into the hands of the enemy nor be burned in any fire, nor will they be defeated in battle.
Make this prayer known everywhere.

Rosary for the souls in purgatory ( This rosary , said in five minutes , has thirty thousand days

At each bead where the our -Father is said , pray:

"My merciful Jesus , my God , I believe in you because you are the truth itself . I trust in you because you are faithful to your promises . I love you because you are infinitely good and loveable ."

At the three beads near the cross , say :
" My good Jesus , do not let me die without receiving the last sacraments."

On the decades , say :
" sweet heart of Mary , be my salvation."

Jesus promises that all families who say this prayer with great confidence everyday will be protected from all troubles because it will pour his mercy into their heart.( from Prayers of power vol. 3 p. 262)

Prayer:

Our mother asks us to offer up our life for love of her and for the intentions of her Immaculate Heart. The person who makes this total offering will give glory to God and, through the merits of the sacrifice of Jesus, will save innumerable souls who , instead of being condemned , will receive the grace of eternal salvation, at least in the last hour.
The Five promises of the most Holy Virgin to those who offer -up their life.( from prayers of power vol.2 p. 203-205)
1.) Their name will be inscribed in the ardent heart of love of Jesus and in her immaculate heart.
2.Uniting their offering of their life to the merits of Jesus, they will save many souls from condemnation, the merit of their sacrifices will sustain the efficacy of the salvation of souls until the end of the world.
3.None of the members of their family will be condemned ,even when external appearances indicate it . Because , before the soul abandons the body , each one will receive the grace of absolute repentance.
4.On the day that they offer up their life , their relatives who are still in purgatory will be set free.
5.) She promises still further ,"I will aid these souls at the hour of death and set them free from purgatory. I will accompany them to the glorious and most Holy Trinity , where,in the home prepared by the Lord, they will rejoice eternally together with me.

Prayer:
My beloved Jesus! In the presence of the Most Holy Trinity , of Mary , our Mother in heaven , and all the celestial court , I unite myself to the merits of your precious blood and your death on the cross.
I offer-up all of my life for the intentions of your sacred eucharistic heart and of the immaculate heart of Mary. In the same way, I offer up to you all the Holy Masses , communions , good deeds , sacrifices and sufferings of my whole life. I offer everything in the spirit of reparation for our offenses and so that the Glorious and Most Holy Trinity may be adored , as well as for the unity of our holy Mother the Church, the Holy Father , priests , holy priestly vocations and all souls , until the end of the world.

My Jesus ! Accept the offering of my life and grant me your grace , so that in it I may faithfully persevere until the end of my life. Amen.

Consecrating the Drops of Blood which Our Lord Jesus lost on His way to Calvary.Copy of a letter of the Oration found in the Holy Sepulcher of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Jerusalem, preserved in a silver box by His Holiness and by the Emperors and Empresses of the Christian Faith.
St. Elizabeth, Queen of Hungary, with St. Matilda and St. Bridget, wishing to know something of the Passion of Jesus Christ, offered fervent and special prayers, upon which there appeared to them Our Lord Jesus Christ who spoke to them in the following manner:
I descended from Heaven to the Earth in order to convert you.
In olden times people were religious and their harvests were abundant; at present, on the contrary, they are scanty.
If you want to reap an abundant harvest you must not work on Sunday, for on Sunday you must go to Church and pray to God to forgive your sins. He gave you six days in which to work and one for rest and devotion and to tender your help to the poor and assist the Church.
Those people, who brawl against my religion and cast slurs on this Sacred Letter, shall be forsaken by me.
On the contrary, those people who shall carry a copy of this letter with them shall be free from death by drowning and from sudden death. They shall be free from all contagious diseases and lightning; they shall not die without confession, and shall be free from their enemies and from the hand of wrongful authority, and from all their slanderers and false witnesses.
Women in peril at child-birth will, by keeping this Oration about them, immediately overcome the difficulty. In the houses where this Oration is kept no evil thing will ever happen; and forty days before the death of a person who has this Oration about him or her, the Blessed Virgin will appear to him or her. So said St. Gregorius.
To all those faithful who shall recite for 3 years, each day 2 Paters, Glorias and Aves, in honor of the drops of blood I lost, I will concede the following 5 graces:
1st. The plenary indulgence and remittance of your sins.
2nd. You will be free from the pains of Purgatory.
3rd. If you should die before completing the said 3 years, for you it will be the same as if you had completed them.
4th. It will be upon your death the same as if you had shed all your blood for the Holy Faith.
5th. I will descend from Heaven to take your soul and that of your relatives, until the fourth generation.
Be it known that the number of armed soldiers were 150; those who trailed me while I was bound were 23. The executioners of justice were 83; the blows received on my head were 150; those on my stomach, 108; kicks on my shoulders, 80. I was led, bound with cords by the hair, 24 times; spits in the face were 180; I was beaten on the body 6666 times; beaten on the head, 110 times. I was roughly pushed, and at 12 o' clock was lifted up by the hair; pricked with thorns and pulled by the beard 23 times; received 20 wounds on the head; thorns of marine junks, 72; pricks of thorns in the head, 110; mortal thorns in the forehead, 3. The Fifteen Promises of The Blessed Virgin Mary To Those Who Recite The Rosary
(as given to St. Dominic)
Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the rosary shall receive signal graces.
I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the rosary.
The rosary shall be a powerful armour against hell; it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.
It will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and it will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that the soul would sanctify itself by this means.
The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the rosary shall not perish.
Whoever shall recite the rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries, shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just he shall remain in the grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life.
Whoever shall have a true devotion for the rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the Church.
Those who are faithful to recite the rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plenitude of His graces; at the moment of death they shall participate in the merits of the saints in paradise.
I shall deliver from purgatory those who have been devoted to the rosary.
The faithful children of the rosary shall merit a higher degree of glory in Heaven.
You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the rosary.
All those who propagate the holy rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.
I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the rosary shall have for intercessors the entire celestial court during life and at the hour of their death.
All who recite the rosary are my sons, and brothers of my only son Jesus Christ.

Four Special Graces Promised to those Devoted to the 7 Sorrows of Jesus' Holy Mother :
Revealed by Our Lord to St. Elizabeth of Hungary:
1) The grace of True Repentance for all their sins should they invoke The Blessed Virgin Mother in the name of her Sorrows before their death.
2) Jesus would protect them in their tribulations all who remember this devotion; they would have His special protection especially at the hour of death.
3) Jesus would impress upon their minds the remembrance of His Passion, and that they should have their reward for it in Heaven.
4) That He would commit such devout clients to the hands of Mary, so that she might obtain for these souls all the graces she wanted to lavish upon them.

The Blessed Virgin Mary grants seven graces to the souls who honor her daily by saying seven Hail Mary's and meditating on her tears and dolors [sorrows].The devotion was passed on by St. Bridget.
HERE ARE THE SEVEN GRACES:
I will grant peace to their families.
They will be enlightened about the divine mysteries.
I will console them in their pains and I will accompany them in their work.
I will give them as much as they ask for as long as it does not oppose the adorable will of my divine Son or the sanctification of their souls.
I will defend them in their spiritual battles with the infernal enemy and I will protect them at every instant of their lives.
I will visibly help them at the moment of their death, they will see the face of their Mother.
I have obtained (This Grace) from my divine Son, that those who propagate this devotion to my tears and dolors, will be taken directly from this earthly life to eternal happiness since all their sins will be forgiven and my Son and I will be their eternal consolation and joy.

4. "I will grant all that is asked of Me through the invocation of My Holy Wounds. You will obtain everything, because it is through the merit of My Blood, which is of infinite price. With My Wounds and My Divine Heart, everything can be obtained."
5. "From My Wounds proceed fruits of sanctity. As gold purified in the crucible becomes more beautiful, so you must put your soul and those of your companions into My Sacred Wounds; there they will become perfected as gold in the furnace. You can always purify yourself in My Wounds."
6. "My Wounds will repair yours. My Wounds will cover all your faults. Those who honor them will have a true knowledge of Jesus Christ. In meditation on them, you will always find a new love. My Wounds will cover all your sins."
The Five Holy Wounds

(These Promises were dictated by Our Lord to Sr. Mary Martha Chambon of the Monastery of the Visitation of Chambery (1841-1907) (who died in the odor of sanctity) for all those who honor Him with devotion to His Holy Wounds).
7. "Plunge your actions into My Wounds and they will be of value. All your actions, even the least, soaked in My Blood, will acquire by this alone an infinite merit and will please My Heart."
8. "In offering My Wounds for the conversion of sinners, even though the sinners are not converted, you will have the same merit before God as if they were."
9. "When you have some trouble, something to suffer, quickly place it in My Wounds, and the pain will be alleviated."

Jesus said ,
a.) I will grant all that you ask of me through the intercession of my sacred wounds. It is necessary to spread this devotion.
b.) Truly this prayer is not of this world , but from Heaven .... and it can obtain everything.
c.)MY sacred wounds support the world .... ask me that you may love them always , because they are the source of all graces. It is necessary to invoke them often and to invite our neighbours to do the same , in order to impress this devotion on their souls.
d.) When you are suffering, place your afflictions in my wounds and they will be alleviated.
e.) When near to a sick person, repeat this invocation often :" My Jesus , pardon and mercy by the merits of your sacred wounds ." This prayer will bring relief to both body and soul.
f.) And the sinner who says , ' I offer you these wounds of our lord Jesus Christ to heal those of our souls." will obtain conversion.
g.) My wounds will heal yours.
h.) There will be no death for the soul passing away in my wounds ; they give true life.

j.) The soul which has honoured my sacred wounds and offered them to the Eternal Father for the souls in purgatory, will be accompanied in death by the Blessed Virgin and by the Angels , and I , in resplendent glory , will welcome it with a crown.
k.) The sacred wounds are the Treasure of all treasures for the souls in purgatory .
l.) Devotion to my wounds is the remedy in these times of iniquity .
m.) The fruits of holiness come forht form my wounds . Meditating on them you will always find new nourishment for love .

Jesus Asks for Nine First Fridays and Saturdays
In a Message of Jesus Christ to Sister Natalia in Hungary, He requests all to pray the Double Great Novena to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary for nine consecutive First Fridays and First Saturdays.
All know about the devotion of the nine consecutive First Fridays. Few know about the Five Consecutive First Saturdays. And very few know of the Nine Consecutive First Fridays and the Nine Consecutive First Saturdays.
As in Paray-le-Monial, France, and Fatima, a private revelation to Sister Natalia received the Imprimatur from the local bishop in Hungary.
Jesus: "As the Father entrusted all things to Me, so I give My victorious power over the world and sin to the Immaculate Heart of My Mother."
"Through My daughter (Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque), I gave the world great promises, but because of My infinite Goodness, now, I give much more. If people wish to gain the benefits of My promises, they must love and venerate the Immaculate Heart of My Mother. The greatest sign of this veneration will be to receive Holy Communion on Nine Consecutive First Saturdays, and in the same way, on Nine Consecutive First Fridays, after a preparation and a true repentance. Their intentions must be to console My Heart and, at the same time, the Immaculate Heart of My Mother."
Sister Natalia: "When Our Lord told me the first time about these First Saturdays, I did not realize that the Blessed Virgin at Fatima asked for only Five First Saturdays, in comparison with the Nine First Saturdays mentioned in the Messages I received. Consequently, the authorities of the Church wanted me to ask the Savior why He asked for nine, while Mary asked for only five. The Divine Savior replied: "The request of My Mother for Five Saturdays is a sign of Her humility and consequently, She did not consider Herself worthy of receiving a devotion that is equal to Mine. My request is a sign of My love, I cannot bear the idea of demanding more for Me than for My Mother who is united with Me in Love."
"Hence, I understood that Jesus would have us make reparation for Nine Saturdays because He had demanded for Himself, to Saint Margaret Mary, Nine First Fridays."
To make a good Novena, follow these suggestions:
Prepare yourself with true repentance, if possible go to Confession. Receive Holy Communion on both days (First Friday and First Saturday) The intentions of the Novena must be "to console My Heart and, at the same time, the Immaculate Heart of My Mother."

THE 33 PROMISES OF JESUS TO THOSE WHO MAKE THE DOUBLE GREAT NOVENA
All that they demand through the Heart of My Mother, provided that their requests are compatible with the Will of the Father, I will grant them during the novena. They will experience in every circumstance the extraordinary assistance of My Mother as well as Her blessings. Peace, harmony and love will reign in their souls and the souls of the members of their families. I will protect their families from scandals, disappointments, injustice. Married couples will remain together, and if one of the spouses left the home, he or she will come back. The members of their families will understand each other and persevere in the Faith. Expectant mothers will experience the special protection of My Mother and receive what they demand for themselves and their children. The poor will receive shelter and food. I will lead them to love prayer and suffering. They will learn to love God and their neighbors. The sinners will be converted without difficulty, even though somebody else makes this novena for them. The sinners will not fall back into their previous state. They will not only receive forgiveness for their sins, but also a perfect contrition and, through love, they will recover the innocence of their Baptism. Those who make this novena in the state of innocence of their Baptism (particularly the children) will not offend My Heart by a grave fault until the time of their death. The sinners who sincerely repent will not only escape Hell but also Purgatory. The lukewarm will become fervent believers; they will persevere and reach perfection and saintliness in no time. If parents or other members of a family make this novena, no member of that family will be condemned to Hell. Many young will be called to religious life, including the priesthood. Unbelievers will become believers, and those who wander without direction (Catholics who broke away) will return to the Church. Priests and religious will remain faithful to their vocation. The infidel will receive the grace of a sincere contrition and the possibility of returning to one's vocation. Parents and leaders will receive assistance for their spiritual and material needs. The body will be freed from the temptations of the world and from sin. The proud and the arrogant will become humble; the temperate will be burning with love. Fervent souls will experience the sweetness of prayer and sacrifice; they will never be tormented by anxiety or doubt. The dying will depart this world without agony and without the attacks of Satan. The dying will experience an immense desire for eternal life. So they will surrender to My Will and depart this life in the arms of My Mother. They will experience the extraordinary protection of My Mother on the day of the Last Judgement. They will receive the grace of sharing and relieving My suffering and that of My Mother. Those who endeavor to be perfect will obtain, as a privilege, the main virtues of My Mother: humility, love and purity. They will be accompanied by peace and certain inner and external joy during their lives, whether they are sick or healthy. The priests will receive the grace of living in the presence of My Mother without effort. Those who progress with Me in unity will receive the grace of experiencing this unity. They will know what it means: It does not mean that they will live longer, but that I will live within them. That is to say: I will love with their hearts, I will pray with their souls, I will speak with their tongues, I will serve with all their beings. They will experience that which is good, beautiful, holy, humble, simple, obedient, precious and admirable within them; It is Me, Me, the Almighty, the Infinite, the only Lord, the only Love. The souls of those who make this novena will be as radiant as the white lilies all around the Heart of My Mother in eternity. I, the Divine Lamb of God, united with My Father and the Holy Spirit, will always rejoice at seeing these souls who, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, will obtain the glory of eternity. The souls of the priests will always progress in the Faith and virtue.
The greatest promise of Mary:
"The gates of Hell will be closed on the First Saturdays of each month. Nobody will go to Hell on those days. However, the gates of Purgatory will be open. So, many souls will be able to reach Heaven. It is the result of the merciful Love of My Son - it is the reward of these souls who venerate My Immaculate Heart."

Yet it is these unwanted children who make us feel very special because they stay with us when others have left. The handicapped give their smiles and their trust. They also give their tears. A smile can sometimes be so heroic when it blossoms through tears. Make us truly grateful for this rare gift of the unwanted child. With their infinite patience, their unending good humor, the handicapped are here for a purpose-to pour their love on us. May their handicaps transform into a spark of warmth and hope, that their acceptance of life may sow love and compassion in the hearts of others.

LITTLENESS
Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Immaculate Heart of Mary was humble, aware of Your littleness. It takes littleness to patiently withstand the insults, the abuse, hurled upon You. It takes littleness for an innocent man to accept the injustice of being condemned, tortured, and executed like a common criminal, by Crucifixion. It takes littleness to ask forgiveness for Your tormentors, Your executioners, for You saw that they knew not what they were doing. And, it takes the ultimate in littleness when You know that those who truly Crucified You are all of us sinners, and yet, You dwell in our hearts, waiting, hoping, longing for a flicker of recognition from each of us. Sacred Heart of Jesus, we thank You for the warm glow from the flame of love in the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Dear Jesus, Your Most Holy Mother is the bridge to reach You. Help us to regard suffering as a reminder of His Divine Love, a challenge, for when suffering is sent to us, it is an opportunity to prove our love for Jesus. If we suffer excessively it is only because we keep the burdens for ourselves. We must welcome the shoulders Jesus offers to lighten our burden. Help us to greet suffering, accept it when it comes, and with our love, transform it into concern for the suffering of others.

WORTHINESS
Immaculate Heart of Mary, you lived the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus since that holy night of His birth. To be worthy of the love of Jesus, we must earn the love and respect of others, for Jesus dwells in them. Worthiness is not bought, it is earned. One cannot possess it without carrying the Cross. Help us to be kind, help us to share, help us to accept love with gratitude and humility, for all love comes from Your Heart.

THE SINFUL
Immaculate Heart of Mary, you know that the Divine Love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is concerned even for the hearts of the sinful. In every heart, however corrupt it may be, there is always a little corner of blue sky. It is in this patch of blue, in this patch of goodness, that Jesus dwells. Many feel that heart is given over to evil, yet our Lord is there all the same. Without approving their conduct, we must respect their hearts, because of Jesus. And yet, the truly sinful are not the corrupt, not the criminals. The more sinful are the indifferent, the lukewarm, the blind. For there is no one so blind as those who do not wish to see. In their seeming righteousness, they are the most difficult to touch, the most difficult to move.

THE CLERGY
Immaculate Heart of Mary, you knew that all the Apostles had a special place in the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The demands made on today's Apostles, the priests, the clergy, are difficult, are different, from what they are trained for. Priests do take Your place, but they are still men. Help us to see them as human and fallible, and not to be too hard on them. And on lonely nights, when all have gone home, leaving an empty church, when our priests sharply feel the sting of solitude, remind Your chosen ones, they are not alone, You are with them.

LOVE

All sufferings of this world are an unappeased hunger, a hunger for love, Your Love. With Your Immaculate Heart, O Mary, and with Your Sacred Heart, Lord Jesus, we present your combined love, together with the precious blood You shed, dear Jesus, to our Loving Father, in reparation for our sins and the sins of the whole world.

CONSECRATION
Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, I consecrate my entire self to the Most Holy Love of Your Two Hearts. I wish to make reparation for all the sins of the world, including my own. I offer these things for the love of the hearts of Jesus and Mary:
I will keep my mind on beauty and turn my thoughts from evil things.
I will hold my temper and bear the mistakes of others with love and a forgiving heart.
I will admit when I am wrong and ask others to forgive me.
I will not show off, but remain humble.
I will offer up all my sufferings, sickness and hurts.
I will seek God's Will, not my own.
I will show appreciation for the kindness, the blessings, that I receive, and thank God for all things.
I will do everything in my life for love of God.
And, I will love others, as God has loved me.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, through the intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, receive the offering and consecration I now make of myself to You. Keep me faithful unto death. NOVENA PRAYER
O Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary, to your Holy Hearts do I come to beg for the infinite merits and graces that only God can give.
Jesus, Your Sacred Heart is burning with love for me. I know that you love all of us so much. How often have we hurt You by our sin. How often have I put thorns into Your Holy Heart, by my sin. I am sorry O Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Mary, your Immaculate Heart, loves each one of us as a child. Your heart too is wounded by the sin of the people. What people do by sin to the Heart of Jesus they do to you too. Your holy heart is so sad because people are indifferent to the love and mercy offered by Jesus.
With your Immaculate Heart, O Mary, and with Your Sacred Heart, Lord Jesus, I offer your love with this prayer to our Heavenly Father, and through your Holy Hearts humbly request...

The promises of Jesus to those who consecutively make the nine first saturdays of the month in honor of the immaculate heart of Mary

From : Prayers of Power ( vol. 3) , Raboni Publisher p. 190-195

Jesus said that people should demonstrate this when they receive Jesus in Holy communion after being fully repentant during nine consecutive first saturdays of the month , with the intention of uniting with the immaculate heart of his mother and presenting acts of expiation to his divine heart.

This is the prayer at communion on each first saturday ( people need to make confession on the first saturdays for this devotion):

" divine heart of Jesus , I offer you , through the immaculate heart of Mary , this host in expiation and reparation for all the offenses with which humanity incessantly affronts you".

Jesus said :

1.) Everything they confidently ask of My Heart through the Heart of my MOther , I will grant them even during the novena , if it is in conformity with the divine wishes
2.) During all the circumstances of life they will be benefited with the special help of My Mother and her blessing
3.) Peace , understanding and love will rule in their souls and families.
4.) Their Families will not suffer from scandal, deception or injustice
5.) Spouses wll not separate , the separated will return home.
6.) Families will live in harmony and persevere in the true faith.
7.) Expectant mothers will be especially protected by My Mother and obtain all they ask for themselves and their child.
8.) The poor will be housed and fed
9.) Souls will find consolation in prayer and suffering , and they will learn to love God , their neighbour and enemies.
10.) Sinners will be converted easily , even when the novena is made for them by another person.
11.) Sinners will not fall agin into sin , and will receive nt only forgiveness of thier sins, but also baptismal innocence by making a perfect act of contrition and love.
12.) One who makes this novena in a state of grace and completes it will not affend my Heart again with any grave fault until death ( especially valuable for children)
13.) The soul who is sincerely converted will not only escape the eternal fire, but also the fire of purgatory.
14.) Tepid souls will become fervent and , remaining zealous , rapidly reach the highest perfection and sanctity
15.) If a parent or another member of the family makes the novena , none of the children or members of this family will suffer condemnation
16.) Many youths will obtain a priestly or religious vocation from the novena
17.) Those who have lost the faith will rediscover it and the scattered will return to the true church.
18.) Priests and religious will be faithful to their vocation . The unfaithful will receive the grace of repentance and return.
19.) Parents and superiors will be helped in their needs , not only spiritual ones, but also material.
20.) Souls will easily escape the temptations of the flesh , the world and satan.
21.) The proud will rapidly become huble , and the rancorous will be overwhelmed with love
22.) Zealous souls will enjoy the sweetness of prayer and sacrifice , they will not be perturbed either by uneasiness or fear or doubts.
23.) Those who are dying will pass on from this life without agony and will not even have to struggle against the final attacks of Satan. Sudden and unforeseen death will not take them by surprise.
24.) The agonizing will experience a lively desire for eternal life , conforming themselvesto My will and dying in the arms of My mother.
25.) At the Judgment of God , they will have the special protection of my mother
26.) Souls will obtain the grace to feel compassion and love, contemplating my passion and the sorrows of my mother.
27.) Souls who aspire to perfection will have the honor of receiving the principal virtues of my mother : humility , chastity and love.
28.)A certain interior and exterior joy , as well as calm , will accompany them in sickness as in health.
29.) Souls enamored with spirituality will receive the grace to enjoy , without much difficulty , my constant presence and that of my mother.
30.) Souls who have progressed in the mystical union with Me , will obtain the grace to perceive that it is not they who live , but me in them , that is : I live with their heart , I pray with their soul, I speak with their tongue and I do everything I do using all that they are. They will have the marvelous experience of feeling that what vibrates in them of goodness , beauty , sanctity , humility, sweetness, obedience, happiness, and admirablenessis , in all things and forever, I myself, the almighty , infinite , only Lord and loving God, the one and only God.
31.) Souls who make this novena will shine brightly for all eternity as pure lilies around the immaculate heart of my mother.
32.) I , the divine Lamb , in my Father , with the HOly Spirit , will rejoice eternally because of these souls who glitter like lilies upon the immaculte heart of my mother and attain glory through my sacred heart.
33.) Souls enraptured with spirituality will progress rapidly in the practice of the Faith and a virtuous life.

All faithful Christians who pray daily and spread this prayer to our lady who banishes
troubles will witness the extinction of all possible chastisement . Neither hunger , plague, war nor contagious diseases will afflict them.
Their enemies will not have hands or power to hurt or rob them . They will resist Satan's and the devils 's temptations . Everyone who trusts in the mercy of the great Mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ will succeed in business dealings and have safe journeys . They will not die without confession nor have a sudden death.

PRAYER:

O blessed Virgin Mary , mother of our Lord Jesus Christ--- Savior of the world--- you are the queen of heaven and earth , advocate of sinners, help of the sorrowful , defender of orphans and widows , relief for suffering souls, succor of the afflicted , relief from indigence , calamity , enemies of body and spirit , a cruel death , eternal torment , bad thoughts , nightmares , all venomous creatures , terrifying scenes and frightening sights , rigor on Judgment day , plagues , fires , all types of disasters, witchcraft and curses, evil makers , thieves , assaulters and murderers.

My loving Mother , here I am at your feet with pious tears and full of repentance for my burdensome faults , imploring forgiveness from the infinitely good God by means of you intermediation.
Pray to your divine Son Jesus for our families that he may banish from our lives all these evils , forgive our sins and enrich us with his divine grace and mercy . Cover us with your maternal mantle , O divine mountain star!
Banish from us all evils and curses . Keep us away from the plague and disturbances. Through your intercession , may we be able to obtain from God healing for all illnesses. May we find the gates of heaven open and with you be happy for all eternity.

(二)毋呼天主聖名以發虛謷.
罪包括: 亂呼天主和耶穌的聖名, 發假謷, ?#92;願不還, 說反對天主 , 指責天主 , 藐視天主的話.
(三)守瞻禮主日
罪包括: 沒有在主日及法定節日(如聖誕) 參與全彌撤, 在彌撒中遲到早退, 主日可以休息 , 卻堅持去做工, 沒有最少每年辦一次告解 , 沒有在復活節領聖體, 沒有守教會的大小齋期, 沒有助教會經,費沒有每日祈禱 , 忽視聖經默想.

I am The Lord thy God , thou shalt not have strange gods before Me.Do I have complete trust in God?Did I despair or presume on God's mercy ?Do I love God?did I believe ,worship or honour other gods?Did I believe in something superstitious or engage in a superstitious or occult practice ,e.g. palm-reading, fortune-telling,horoscope,fongshui,good-luck charm,ouija-boards,crystal-ball,reincarnation,practice spiritism,witchcraft?Did I deny that I am a Catholic?Did I leave the Catholic Faith?
2.) Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.
Did I take the name of God in vain? Did I make use of God's name mockingly , jokingly , angrily or in any other irreverent manner.
did I say or do anything against God , blame God or despise His words?
Did I tell a lie under oath?
Did I break a vow?
3.) Remember thou keep holy the Sabbath day
Did I miss mass on Sunday or a holy day of obligation without sufficient cause?
Have I without sufficent reason , arrived at mass late or left mass early?
Did I insist on going to work on Sundays or a holy day of obligation , even though I could have the day off?
Did I fail to go to confession or to receive holy Communion at least once a year?
Did I fail to fast or abstain on a day prescribed by the church?
did I fail to generously help the church in her necessities to the extent that I am able ?
Did I fail to pray everyday?
have I neglected to meditate on the scriptures?
4.) Honour thy father and thy mother.
Was I disobedient toward my parents , legal guardians or my superior?
Did I treat my parents with little affections or respect?
Did I pray and offer Masses for my decesed parents?
have I neglected my duty toward my children, e.g.: neglect to support them materially , neglect to watch over them to avoid bad companions , books , TV, movies ?
Have I given bad examples to my children?
Have I neglected to give them a Christian education?
have I failed to see to it that they be baptised , received their confirmation , made their First confession and their First communion ?
Have I failed to take good care of my employees or those under my authority?
Have I given my employees fair wages , deducted their wages unfairly or delayed in paying them?
Have I failed to do my duties as an emplyee?

5.) Thou shalt not kill.
Did I take the life of or injured others in soul or body , or assist others in doing so ?
Did I attempt to take my life or injure myself in body or soul?
Did I neglect my health? Did I abuse alcohol, drugs or food?
Did I consent to , advise others or actively take part in an abortion?
did I participate in or approve of " mercy killing".
Did I cause harm to anyone with my words or actions ?
Did I insult or offensively tease others? Did I quarrel or fight with others?
Did I refuse to forgive, desire revege or harbour enmity , hatred or ill-feelings when someone affended me?
Was I impatient , angry , envious, unkind, proud or jealous?
6.) Thou shalt not commit adultery.
did I engage in impure conversations, jokes , or gestures? Did I willfully look at an indecent picture or publications, or watch impure T.V programs , movies , videos or other forms of entertainment?
Did I willfully entertain impure thoughts?
Did I commit an impure act? By myself through masturbation, with someone else of the same or the opposite sex?
Did I engage in premarital or extra- marital impure act or sexual realtionship?
Did I pactice artificial birth control?
Did I lead others to sins of impurity or immodesty?
E.g: indecently dressed, seductive words or behaviour, produce or aid in producing pornography ?
Did I consent to , advise others or actively take part in direct sterilization?( tubal ligation or vasetomy?)
Did I willfully place myself in a proximate occasion of sins of impurity?
Did I break my vow of chasity?
7.) Thou shalt not steal.
Did I steal ,. cheat , help or encourage others to steal or keep stolen goods?
Did I accept or give bribes?
Did I sell or possess counterfeit or pirated goods or designs?
Did I infringe on copy-rights?
Did I cheat on my tax?
Did I cheat on my tax?
Did I harm anyone by deception , fraud or coercion in business contracts or transactions?
Have I stolen , done or caused damage to another person's or public property?
Have I wasted public or natural resources , e.g: water, electricity , or contributed toward pollution e.t.c?
Did I neglect to pay my debts or return things I have borrowed?
was I selfish or miserly?
Have I been the cause of or condoned social injustice?
Have I , in anyway , done or caused damage to the public welfare of the community?
8.) Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
Did I tell lies ? Did I commit perjury?
Did I sin by calumny, that is , by telling derogatory lies about another person?
Have I unjustly or rashly accused others?
did I engage in gossip or tale - telling?
Did I reveal a secret without due cause?
Was I uncharitable in words or deeds?
Did I injure the reputation of others?
9.) Thou shalt not cover thy neighbour's wife.
Did I desire or engage in an impure relationship with someone's spouse?
Did I take take pleasure in impure thoughts or willfully desire to commit sins of impurity?
Did I been impure or seductive in my words or deeds?
Did I engage in extra-marital affairs?
Did I desire or seduce those consecrated to God , e.g: priests, brothers, nuns, or deacons?
1..) Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's goods?
Did I desire anything which does not belong to me?
did I gamble?

Jesus :

是不是也是那個淫蕩, 使你和你的妻子褻瀆了婚姻呢?說褻潰, 因為那乃是尋找彼此感覺的滿足而使毛病成了合法化, 並且也避免結果呢? 婚姻的意指是生兒育女, 婚姻行為的指義也應該是為孕育, 不是這樣便是不道德的 , 你應該將婚姻的第變成妓女院 . 如果它是由於性慾的污穢, 由於不是由於母性成聖, 它就變成了妓院. 土地不拒絕種子, 它接受種子, 它長成植物, 種子在人將它放在土地之後, 他就不離開土地了 , 但它隨後就產生根子而嵌入土地, 以使生長而變成穗子. 桓物是從種子與土地結而生, 男人是種子, 女人是土地, 穗子是小孩子, 拒絕產穗子和弊病的使它失掉了力量, 乃是一種過失, 乃是一種賣淫 , 在婚姻的床上犯罪, 是與妓院沒有分別的. 也由於不服從誡命而加重 , 而反對 : 你們只是一個肉體, 在你們的子女中 , 加多你們自己.
婦女們 , 你們看見了 , 故意的不孕 , 即使是合法興正直的婚姻 , 然而在天主眼中卻不是 , 雖然如此 , 你們仍是如同妓女一樣 , 也同樣犯了姦淫罪過. 儘管你只是同你丈夫個人, 由於不是由於母性而是為尋找快樂, 並多次是這樣, 你們有沒有反省 , 認為你們所接受的快樂 , 乃是一種毒藥, 而傅給每一個咀嚼這味的人嗎? 它用一種彷彿能滿足的火在燃燒 , 推向火爐( 指家)以外, 而貪得無厭 , 但總是愈來愈不能滿足 , 留下灰燼的一股酸辛滋味在石頭上. 它給予自己以及他的同伴嘔吐和輕視和厭惡 , 因為當一個靈魂良心覺醒時 , 它也在兩個狂熱人中覺醒, 而只能生出對自己的輕,視而墜落在動物之下.
.........在提到婚姻關係夫婦的責任以後, 如果用詭計, 使它變成不孕的, 婚姻便不是神聖的了. 我方才提男女用詭計 , 彼此交合用金錢付費或用贈禮, 都是本義的姦淫.

Jesus:
你們要是純潔的 , 首先要從肉體開始 , 然後再到靈魂上 . 你們由五官開始, 然後再到匕情上. 首先從眼目開始, 視覺的官能國王, 它是給最苦痛及最複雜的肉慾, 打通道路的的主機 , 眼睛看女人的肉體, 也喜愛肉體 , 眼睛看有錢的豐富, 它就喜歡金, ......你們要有安靜, 正直 , 節制 , 絕潔的眼睛, 你們便會有安靜, 正直, 節制和純潔的意願, 你們的眼睛越為純潔 , 你們的心也就越純潔 ,你們要謹慎照顧你們的眼睛, 不要貪望發現誘惑人的蘋果, 如果你們願意在肉體上純潔, 那你們在注視上就要有純潔, 如果你們在肉體上有貞潔, 那你們就會有金錢和權力上的純潔 , 你們也就整個的純潔, 那你們便是天主的朋友.......
如果你們是貞潔的, 你們便不要害怕人對你們恥笑. 你們只要怕是天主的仇人 . 有一天, 我聽見有人說 : " 如果你對婦女沒有感覺吸力, 世界將會恥笑你如同是扯謊者或太監."......
